Beautiful East Valley 2BR APT4

Welcome! You can have this apartment all to yourself :) This is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment that has room for up to six people. My nightly rate is based on two guests. This apartment is part of a fourplex and is downstairs (2 unit upstairs and 2 units downstairs). It’s located close to the Spokane Business & Industrial Park (0.6 miles) and Spokane Valley Mall (2.5 miles). My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, friends, weekend getaway.

The space
The apartment is very clean.

One bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed and has a closet. The other bedroom includes 2 twin beds with a walk-in closet. Both rooms have lots of hangers.

The living room features a sofa that turns into a bed. There is also a fireplace (display only, does not turn on).

There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Also, there is a TV with free Netflix.

The kitchen has a Keurig coffeemaker, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses and a wine opener. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for a nice dinner or a family breakfast. You will also find coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper.

The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. It includes toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. Please use all hot irons for your hair in the bathroom. You will be responsible for any damages.

Nestled near an industrial park, this property offers a blend of modern comfort and convenience. While the proximity to the industrial area may result in high traffic noise from Sullivan Road during certain times of the day, the welcoming atmosphere creates a home away from home environment for guests.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction with guests
Guests will have total privacy, along with your own entrance and NO shared common spaces. There is a keypad to lock the door, so guests will not have to worry about keys. A message with the door code and other house details will be sent to you three days prior to your arrival.

You can check yourself in any time after 4 p.m. I always have my phone on me, texts or calls or VRBO messages, so if any questions/concerns come up, I will be glad to help address them immediately.

Other things to note
Check-in is after 4 p.m. Check out is no later than 11 p.m. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just message me in advance to ask for an exception.

Pets are NOT ALLOWED.

There is a Ring security camera at the entrance.

PLEASE do not smoke marijuana or tobacco inside the house. You can smoke outside. There is an ashtray for butts there. The guests after you are not always as 420 friendly and a lot of them do not appreciate the smell. Thank you!
