The hotel is clean with good amenities. The staff is efficient and helpful. The smell of cleaning solutions was strong at first. The building and parking lot had good security. The neighborhood felt unsafe due to vagrants nearby.

The hotel is well managed, very clean, and feels safe. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were nice and clean. The bathroom was well above average in decor and function. You could tell the staff really cared about running a quality establishment. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

We arrived and there were 20-30 homeless people across the street at a 7-11. VERY unsafe neighborhood. How could LaQuinta decide to build a hotel there? Catholic Charities building within sight, so they knew where they were building.

We started to walk to a restaurant a few blocks away but there were so many icky people in the streets we didnt feel safe. Also lots of trash in the and around the building. Curtain does not block street lights and the fan is loud.

Everything in the inside of the hotel was amazing, the room was perfect super clean and smelled amazing. the area around the outside if the hotel was scary with the amount of homeless people hanging around. but the hotel itself was great
