Rooms are updated. Needs are comfortable. A bit noisy. The breakfast was subpar. Not a great area... worried about our car parked in the unsecured lot. Lots of homeless and police activity.

The sheets and toilet were clean, but there was dust and the floors were not as clean as I would have liked. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was super friendly and super helpful! There was quite the night life across the street. But we just needed a bed to sleep in and a breakfst before we hit the road again, and the location and price was perfect.

The property is lovely and the staff are very kind. The food was good and the room was cozy. The only thing I didn't like was there is a large population of houseless people in the area. There is a large fence around the property and I did see the police a few times. I wouldn't feel safe walking around the area.

The staff and breakfast were excellent. The area across the street looked very dangerous at the 7 Eleven. Looked like a scene from the Walking Dead series. Not your fault just an overall failure on the socialist governing in Washington.
