booked 2 rooms to be conjoining hotel only had me down for 1 room after standing there waiting for them to fing it she called someone to help so we didnt get the room i asked booked for Had the confirmation for 2 rooms THE one guy gave us 2 rooms one room the tv didn,t work lady had no idea why it didn't work no ice machine you had to turn the ice on the fridge went to store and bought a bag no breakfest wont stay there again. they did give a discount on the second room

Friendly staff, good location.
My visit was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated that they had snacks for sale at the front desk. Close to the mall, and Panera just down the street. A Mexican restaurant is basically next door. The front desk guys were very nice! I would definitely stay here again!

The guy that checked us into the hotel was decent to begin with. Once in our room and going to shower we noticed there was a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod in the bathroom. I went down to talk to him about it and could tell he didnt want to do anything about it, but there were other guests at the counter checking in so he was forced to do something. He refunded our pet fee. If you bring a pet into this particular hotel as they are welcome you will be charged $20. Just makes me wonder what other steps housekeeping is missing in this location. Hotel is convenient right off I90 and seemed to be a decent part of town. Had a pet area right out the side door with poop bags. Overall a decent place but needs some work done possibly by housekeeping

After our stay at My Place Missoula, we tried to arrange another hotel through Expedia. We knew that because of a recent leg injury the queen bed was not going to work. The previous night sleep was terrible. After some back and forth, we gave up and called the hotel directly and Robert, the manager was very helpful . We made arrangements directly with him for another room with additional bed. Room was fairly clean but again , kitchen is not useful without plates, silverware, cups, pans, etc. We opted to hit the road early the next day,as the coffee pot was missing the tray that holds the coffee grounds.. Again, Robert was top notch. Seemed to care about our stay and took note of the deficiency and was cu
