I’ve always liked the Oxford Suites but some things were not up to high standards. Very conspicuous dark brown stain on bath towel, hand soap container in shower was empty, TV was not high quality and remote did not work well, clock did not have correct time, front desk did not have all coffee items for second day of my stay. Sorry.

The hotel was very nice but it wasn’t quiet. We had a room that was adjoining to another and we could hear every conversation and smell their perfume! We asked for an extra duvet for the pull out couch and were told no, which was disappointing. The location was very good and the view was amazing!

We really appreciated the free hot brekafast, and the happy hour drink! We only got the happy hour appetizer one night because the other nights it was all gone (before 630pm!) The staff were ALL very friendly. We found it to be quite loud when we were in our room. We could hear everyone in the hall, above us, the neighbors, and especially the ice machine at all hours. This was frustrating when trying to relax and sleep. The proximity to the river walk was amazing and the area around the hotel felt safe. We appreciated the amount of parking and how well lit it was around the hotel.

The hotel is consistently good and predictable. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I was in Spokane to umpire an event, and I prefer to stay at Oxfor Suite bc of the proximity to the campus. The breakfast, while basic is pretty good.

The hotel itself is nice. We did have to park around back of the hotel which was a bit off putting since it was dark when we arrived. The bed however was very uncomfortable and both myself and my mom had trouble getting any sleep. Also, very minimal problem, but the remote control for the tv was not very responsive which was annoying.
