NO ROOM AT THE INN 😡
Well…. When we arrived at our hotel, at 11:30 PM, we were told that they had overbooked the hotel and that they DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US!!!! Even though we had called and confirmed our booking earlier in the day!!! Additionally there were 8 other families that came from the event that we were at that were turned away.

In general I hate staying in hotels because of the poor heating/cooling systems. Most are disturbingly loud. This hotel had a very efficient and QUIET system.

Very convenient location. You can see the hotel from baggage claim. Clean rooms. Checked in at 4pm on 08/05. Reception guest was rude, made us wait and we weren't issued 2 keys because they apparently ran out. The parking machine was finicky.
