the fridge was on the floor,,,, to cold, drinks frozen. They don't reset the room each day, so not enough towels and bath supplies. Breakfast is a joke.... so went to Dennys next door.

The staff were pleasant and listened to our concerns about a loud noisy Hvac fan going on and off every 30 - 40 minutes. The windows were dirty. Continental breakfast was lvery limited in amount and choices. I will probably look for a different hotel when visiting Spokane Valley next occasion.

Very basic stay, older property. They renovated some things but still feels outdated. Parking lot and surrounding buildings feel a little sketchy after dark but not too bad, noise from road and freeway. Close to stores and food options. Great check in. Staff friendly. Did not try pool or hot tub, bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast is offered but minimal and all processed items like eggo waffles and snack bars.

Our first room smelt horrible of black mold. Our second room wasnā€™t moldy but very ghetto area and the pool and breakfast that were advised were NOT even in the same hotel. You had to leave and go to the hotel next door to use the pool. The breakfast was juice and pastries. Nothing hot. Do not recommend.

You certainly get what you pay for. Bathtub coating worn through in many places. Disappointing breakfast (toaster waffles, sweet pre-packaged pastries, stale instant oats (no hot water), sugar heavy breakfast cookies and bars plus mediocre coffee and juice Also disappointed that the promised swimming pool and hot tub were across the parking lot in a different motel (and hot tub not working)

It was an OK stay.
Reception wasnā€™t the best, they acted like we were bothering them during check-in, but we were able to check in a half hour early so that was nice. The room was ok, pretty outdated. The walls are so thin we could hear someone next door snoring. The doors were slamming all night long and waking us up. If you need a good nights rest, I would not recommend this place.

Great value for the price! Just one issue with noise from the hallway doors opening/closing & from surrounding rooms if there are people staying there or being noisy for some reason.
