Considering the construction going on in the main lobby and breakfast area, they did a great job. the breakfast was in a hallway, but trays were provided and all the choices you could want were there. Lots of protein, fruit, real milk, good coffee....

Disappointing
I have stayed at the Madison Inn for years, whenever I visit Spokane. I appreciate the location, the convenience of parking and the feeling of safety in the area.This time, I had asked for a room facing North, with a view of the city; I was given a room facing south, view level with parking lot. Didn't feel comfortable opening curtains. Noisy with people outside entering hotel.The switch for the fan in the bathroom did not work. The freezer unit in the refrigerator was totally ripped out. The general condition has deteriorated during my past few visits.
