Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly and personable. Room was large. A/C worked well and was quiet. I was looking for an overnight stop on my way home. This place fit the bill perfectly. The nearby restaurant, The Viking, was excellent as well.

Good value in a quaint town.
Needed a spot to stay briefly on our way south. Pulled in late, and they had a lockbox ready with our keys as we had called ahead. Room was clean, a little dated, but great value!

Convenient, pretty good motel
Pretty nice motel in a VERY small town. Just made it to dinner before the only restaurant closed early evening. Convenient location.

The walls are paper-thin and I could clearly hear the men next door talking until 10:30 and again at 5:00am. They were not overly loud, the walls are just not insulated. A train blew its horn as it went by about every hour. The AC unit did not work and there were a variety of insects in my room. I had the crouch to get under the shower head and I am only 5’3”. At 7:15am someone unlocked my door and tried to come in but I had the hook secured. I had to get up to close the door all the way as they left it open a few inches. I reserved the room based on the ratings of 8.0, but I would not give it more than a 2.

We had a late nite check-in that was simple and easy with out a personal attendant after a long day of travelling. Simple clean affordable place to rest up and dash out the next morning.

I'm travelling with my daughters on a three week road trip. This motel was spotless and safe, a perfect overnight stop just off the highway. Be aware that there are very few services in town, but we were able to pick up a few things for dinner in the small grocery store.

Can't be Beat for the Price and Convenience!!!!
This was the easist and fastest sign-in I've ever had. The room was ready for us and in the perfect location for our 3 day stay. The shady picnic area was great for our Bar-B-Que. Management was very accomodating; the room furnishings looked new. Great Value for the price. Located just off the freeway and near downtown, access was easy. Sprague is a friendly town with a great grocery store, dining establishment and gas station. We will be back.
