The hotel decor seemed new and fresh, the facilities were quite clean, and the two front desk employees who helped me check in/out were very friendly. However, the website transit directions were inaccurate, resulting in me disembarking the bus 1km away from the hotel, so I had to lug my baggage that distance, alone at night, and using google maps. (The receptionist checking me out gave me good directions to the bus stop just around the corner from the hotel for my return to the airport.) Also, there was no mention of the front desk hours in any of the listings or booking correspondence except that one must make arrangements for times outside of those hours, but because of the bus stop snafu, I just barely made it to the hotel in time to check in (23:00 on the nose)! Due to my late arrival, every dining option in the area was already closed save for McDonald's. When I returned from McD with my takeaway dinner, I could not get back into my room because I had somehow inadvertently locked the door behind me when I left, which I still have no idea how that happened. Fortunately the night receptionist was still downstairs closing down and was able to help me, but had I been just a few minutes later and she had already left for the night, what in the world would I have done?! Lastly, there was no shower door or curtain so my short shower ended up completely flooding the bathroom and I had to use all the towels to sop up the water so that I didn't fall on the wet, slippery tile.
