It was good. Staff was exellent. Please be nice to them. Breakfast each morning was pretty good. Overall, the hotel served its purpose , well. *slow elevator!

The bathroom door stuck so badly that if it was shut someone from the other side had to push it open as you could NOT pull it open, it didn't have a working bathroom fan & the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed but the water pressure was good.

Booked through a third party which advertised a pet friendly hotel stay and tyat was one of our decidingfactors to stay here. Upon arrival we were told that our dog was not welcome as they were not pet friendly. Our room was very clean as was most of the lobby areas. Couches had things smeared on them. Unfortunately this was the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in and did not sleep the entire weekend. Everything could be heard through the walls and ceiling. We could hear the elevator going up and down the whole stay and the train that comes by between 5-10 times a night blares its horn and wakes you up. The kids loved the pool and water slide. The breakfast selection was superb and made all the noise of the hotel and outside a bit easier to handle. Overall wouldnt stay again because it was just far too loud!

Pictures looked better than actual location. Pool needs some love and a bit more equipment in the exercise room would have made it worth while to use. Showers were older, and the shower curtains should have been reolaced as well as an exgaust fan in washrooms. While i understand the building is older, it needs some attention. Also the brrakfast atea had the most akward layout for trying to sit down to eat with the family. Elevator is slower than molasses on a cold winters day and squeeks like my aging joints when in use.

This property backs a major railcar track and the train horn sounds at all times in the night. If you are a light sleeper you may want to rethink this location
