The place was very affordable and clean with friendly staff. However, there was not hot water in the shower (sink was fine); it was turned all the way hot but was barely tepid. The complimentary breakfast had some hot items which was very nice.

This is a very basic hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing special, but a decent bare bones room. It was clean and quiet. Bed was basic, not too uncomfortable for a side sleeper. Probably the best part was the breakfast. I like the hotels that have the waffle maker where you pour the batter and flip the waffle iron. The waffles always taste so good. But youā€™re limited to syrup and butter for toppings. The hot food items were sausage and I think French toast cinnamon sticks, no eggs.

We like that it is so close to medical facilities in Springfield. The only thing I didnt like was the fact we had very little hot water in our bathroom.
