Our stay in Springfield was a layover on our trip to KC. This place was not far off our route so we decided to give it a try and it was perfect for an overnight stay. The lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly. The room was a little dated, but it was well kept. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet so we had a good night’s sleep.

Very pleased with property and staff. Very well appointed rooms. Great breakfast too. Only drawback some 2nd floor rooms can be noisy for room below but that's on the guests, not the staff.

My home burned down on Tuesday before Thanksgiving and Day's Inn was able to accommodate my family. They have been extraordinary and have even made exceptions to let us eat our dinners in the dinning room. They have been emotionally supportive and a blessing to my family during this tough time.

The door keys were very difficult to use. The staff was helpful. The rooms didn't smell very good. The odor smelled like someone had smoked pot in the room before us. Not a good smell.

I was quite tried of going to grt keys for room and door. Almost everyday or twice a day our key cards would not work. Our last stay this also happened. There was trash in the bedside stand and stuff on carpet. I will probably wont dtay here again. Very disappointed.
