For a 2 star hotel, excellent. Staff was very friendly pool and hot tub were clean, room was clean. Breakfast offered more than I expected for this price range including hot eggs, sausage, and B&G. Not just cheap carbs like normal for 1 and 2 star hotels. Couple nice antique malls just out of parking lot too.

Wonderful stay! Quiet, convenient to places we wanted to go, ample parking, comfy beds... We needed more towels and before I could go to the front desk to ask for more, housekeeping appeared at our door and offered us more towels. So great! The only hiccup we had was we were going to arrive later than expected due to a death in the family. I called the hotel and the nicest person told us a late check in would be fine. She would hold our room for us. The person working at the front desk even called us several times during our drive to check on us. (We were driving at night on a very curvy road through Arkansas.) She reassured us that we could arrive as late as needed and kept telling us to just be careful and take our time. We so wanted just to get to the hotel. We did not want to arrive late and we were all so sad and tired. But we were excited to meet the woman working at the front desk and thank her for checking on us and holding our room. She told us her shift ended at midnight. When we arrived at the hotel, this woman had cancelled our entire reservation. The notes on the hotel's print-out said something like "I tried to believe them that they would show up, but they didn't." She cancelled our reservation at 11:45 pm. We arrived between midnight and 12:30 am. We would love to stay here again! Maybe next time, this particular front desk person won't be there pretending to care about her guests. I can assure you, she doesn't.

We had no difficulties and felt comfortable in the neighborhood of this facility. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and the maid service came and offered to clean and supplied us with fresh towels. I would stay here again!

Staff is friendly. Hotel is older could use updating. Our room was fine nothing to brag about. It was a comfortable bed. I always pull back blankets to check before I sleep and there was hair intwined in the sheet. I am not a princess so I took care of it myself. However laundry could probably been done a little better.

The hotel was right off Hwy 65 but i didnt hear any traffic noise at all. Very comfy beds, plenty of towels, good choices at breakfast, staff was knowledgeable. It was a large place but the carpets could use freshening. The cover on the bed had a stain on it. The sink n the bathroom faucet was reversed ( cold was on left, hot on right). The flowers at the entrance needed serious deadheading. Im not a meticulous person so we were satisfied.

The bed was super comfortable and the place is clean, just smells weird and my air conditioner did not work well. This is our 2nd stay here so for the money it is good! The breakfast is your typical breakfast with cereal, sausage, eggs, gravy biscuits, etc.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was always friendly, helpful and curteous. Great continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub were also very nice. Room was very clean and well supplied. Beds were very comfortable.
