Welcome to The White Guesthouse in Springfield, a mid-century styled modern home that includes a private patio with a pool and deck that is perfectly suited for a relaxing evening during the spring/fall, and warm summer months. The white guesthouse is close to all the shops including Historic C-Street, MSU campus, coffee shops, Mercy/Cox hospitals, and downtown are all less than a 7 min drive. The home is a short distance from I-44, and Highway 65.
Our White Guesthouse is a newly remodeled home with modern touches throughout the home. It brings a cozy and luxurious feel with a fully equipped kitchen offering everything that you need. Enjoy a latte or iced coffee with our Geve espresso machine. This is a perfect home for long term stay for travel nurses/business trips or a short weekend stay. We offer a laundry room on the premises, wifi, and a Smart TV which includes Hulu, and any other apps you would like to use. Our master bedroom includes a private bathroom, and a small office/desk area. Our patio and pool area is privately fenced in. Enjoy the pool in the warmer months. This beautiful home is near all the popular attractions, shops, and destinations.

Waiting for grandbaby!
We stayed here for one week waiting for our grandbaby to be born in Springfield. Although he did not arrive while we were in town, we had a wonderful time at this property. The host is a sweetheart and was super helpful all week long. The place is clean and updated nicely with plenty of space for a family.

This was a wonderful stay for our family. We found it very clean, matching the photos on line & with lots of extra bedding. The couch bed worked well for a child, but a bit lumpy for an adult. We greatly enjoyed the pool and patio. We would choose this home again.

We are from Colorado Springs. We visit Springfield and Branson every year. This was our 5th house rental. We enjoyed it so much. I love that there are lightening bugs still here! Yes, the salt and pepper alignment was exceptional. There were plenty of towels and paper products. The plants really gave the place a home feeling. It is a perfect pool for kids! Thank you!! Great home for a few nights
First I want to say this home is hands down the best decorated house Iā€™ve ever stayed in. The owner thought of literally everything for your stay to be comfortable. It was like a hotel, with all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even makeup remover wipes! But obviously much more comfortable than a hotel and comparable in cost, so it is really a no brainer to stay here. My 7 year old daughter also really enjoyed the small pool. The only downfall is I am super sensitive to noises, like hyper sensitive, and there is a train near by so that did bother me at night, but not to the point where it woke me up or kept me up all night. I just had to have a fan on to help drown out the noise some. Overall, Iā€™d stay here again!

Perfect House
House was very clean and newly renovated. We were taking classes at the university which was just a 3-minute drive. Walmart and restaurants are also minutes away. Appliances including Washer and dryer worked great.
