For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone) .

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for an established is for 4 guests. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of 50$ per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
