Halcyon days by the sea - sea views, sleeps 20, St Agnes, fantastic for families

This is a large six bedroom family home with sea views that sleeps up to ten adults and ten children. The beach is a short walk down the hill. There is a sitting room and a large south facing conservatory. The dining room seats 12 and the kitchen seats 8. There is a ground floor bedroom with kingsize bed and a shower room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (two en suite, two with a sea view) and a family bathroom. The is an additional bedroom with en suite shower and mini kitchen above the garage (external steep steps). Outside there is a patio, garden and off road parking for >5 cars.

Halcyon is a large six bedroom family home with flexible accommodation that sleeps up to 20 (max 10 adults aged 18 or over) in St Agnes.

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a king size bed.

Bedroom 2 on the first floor has a king sized bed, a dressing area, an ensuite bathroom and 2 junior beds (70x160cm).

Bedroom 3 has large windows with sea views, a bunk bed plus either a king or twin beds, an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 4 has a sea view and twin beds.

Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed plus either a king or twin beds .

Bedroom 6 has a king bed and 1-2 small singles (or 3-4 small singles) plus an ensuite shower room and a mini kitchen area.

Please note the house can accommodate up to 10 adults (age 18 or over) and 10 children - I am afraid that for insurance reasons we cannot accept bookings for more than 10 adults aged 18 or over.

There is a spacious, south facing conservatory with sofas and space to play. The sitting room has 2 large sofas (one can be used as a sofa bed if needed), tv with dvd player and a piano that you are welcome to play. There is a dining room that seats 12 as well as a large kitchen with a sofa and a table seating 8 people. In the entrance hall is a football table and a rocking horse.

Outside there is a swing, slide, playhouse, treehouse, football and basketball goals and a sandpit for younger children. There is also a large trampoline, hammock and a 3 burner gas bbq. Use of all of these additional items is at the risk/discretion of the guests - they are free additional items so will not be refunded if not available. If you use the bbq please leave it as you would wish to find it as cleaning of the bbq is not included in the changeover. If guests prefer the sides of the trampoline can be folded down and covered so that it cannot be used during your stay and/or the treehouse ladder covered (eg if you are worried about small childen). The swing/slide are not secured to the ground - please supervise their use.

There is patio with tables and chairs for 20 people. The back garden can be enclosed using a gate if necessary but the front garden is not enclosed. Garden games include a large chess set, outdoor jenga, rounders, badminton and noughts and crosses.

There is off road parking for >5 cars and an external socket in case you need to charge an electric car.

2 high chairs (stokke tripp trapp and ikea antelope), a wooden cot and 2 travel cots, a baby bath, potty, lidded nappy bucket and a selection of children's toys and books are available on request.

A local hot tub company can arrange a 7-8 person hot tub for you for £250 for a week. If you would like to book one for your stay let me know and I can give you their phone number.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and garden. With prior notice the owner will have access to the garage and the gardener will have access to the shed and garden.
