Luxury and newly refurbished house in a quiet courtyard development. Beautifully appointed to the highest standard.

The house has a distinct homely feel. Whether you have been for a round of golf, long walk along the beach or simply a touch of shopping you will find the house extremely comfortable to come back to. You will also experience the impressive panoramic views of the famous Links Old Course and West Sands beach whilst also overlooking the Swilken Bridge from the comfort of the couch in the lounge.

Ideally located only minutes walk to the centre of St Andrews where you will instantly be amongst the hustle and bustle of the shops, bars and restaurants. All parts of the university town are easily accessible by foot.

The house can accommodate 6 guests in 3 twin rooms, all with modern ensuite bathrooms. There is a large bright open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area ideal for relaxing and taking in the views. Well appointed throughout, including a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available for one car outside the property.

Deluxe bedding and towels are provided. Wifi is available throughout the house. Sky TV is available on the 55 inch television in the lounge and Freeview on the televisions in the bedrooms.

Awesome Home Away From Home in St Andrews
We had three couples staying and it felt like we were at home. The hosts were very welcoming and made our stay as seamless as possible. The view of the Old Course is unbeatable and the house had everything we needed for a week's stay. Plenty of room and very comfortable for all of us. Easily within walking distance of everything you need in St Andrews. I highly recommend this house for any group planning a visit to St Andrews for golf and everything else that St Andrews has to offer.

Views of holes 1, 17 and 18 at the Old Course
OK, rent this place, you can see the Swilcan bridge easily from the living room! The hosts were great at answering questions. Very prompt! Very accurate description of the property. We woke up every morning to watching golfers play the old course. Kitchen, showers, garage (for golf gear)… all great…. I hope to rent again in my lifetime.

Family Trip to St. Andrews
Our family stayed a week at 1 Links Crescent and we could not have had a better experience. Traveling with young children (ages 6 and 4) can be a stressful experience, but Kerr and Suzanne removed any worries for us. After a long day of travel, they were very accommodating during the check-in process. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed as a family for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to return here as a family and hope to do so in the future. If looking for a place to stay in St. Andrews (whether a family or a golfers' trip), I would look no further than 1 Links Crescent.

Perfect St Andrews
The flat overlooks the Old Course so the location was perfect walking distance to everything in St Andrews. The home is beautiful with great amenities — it was great to have separate bathrooms in each room. Kerr and Suzanne were fantastic prior to check-in, helping with finding flowers for our daughter’s graduation, and explaining the check-out / clean guidelines process. From beginning to end our stay was very enjoyable at this beautiful property. We hope to return for a golf trip in the near future!

The house is absolutely perfect. Very well furnished and immaculately clean. We had dreadful weather but it was lovely looking across the golf course out to the sea. St Andrews also has much to offer to keep visitors amused. Would definitely recommend.

The property was in an excellent location - no expense spared with anything in the property - ie Appliances, furniture, linen, laundry products - I could go on ! - the fact that it had 3 bathroom facilities was excellent as my Mum had her own bedroom downstairs adjacent to myself and my husband and the kids bags the upstairs one out of the way of us nearest to the fridge !! - When we come again next year we would hopefully stay in the same house if the available. Stunning but comfortable house in a wonderful location by the Old Course and a hop to West Sands Beach. Whole house was high spec and well-equipped - Kerr and Suzanne have thought of everything to make life easy in a holiday rental, with particular attention to cleaning and sanitising in current times. Perfect St Andrew's location
Six of us were looking for a property which was golf friendly and good access to the courses at St Andrews. This property met all our needs, with a garage to store 6 trolleys and accommodation which was clean and very well equipped, it also had an amazing view over the 17th of the Old Course and easy access to all amenities, including the Jigger! I am looking to rent the same place next year, enough said.
