This single-level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, along with a private walkway to the beach. The screened-in back porch provides plenty of seating, allowing you to enjoy views in both directions and feel as though you have your own beach!

Athena by the Sea has a modern open floor plan, allowing the entire group to watch movies or enjoy a family feast together. Both the living area and dining room provide excellent ocean views. Great location
We loved the access to the beach. The drive to St Augustine was easy. Fantastic food in the area. The house itself has a great back porch with a view. The house was clean. The beds were fine. The neighborhood was quiet. We plan to come back and highly recommend this house!

"Home" was perfect for combined familes' birthday celebrations. Property was as listed - comfortable size, bright and airy, well stocked kitchen. Large screened porch made up for restricted ocean view. Nice residential neighborhood. Quick access to prettiest beach on Florida east coast.

Great Vacation spot
We had the pleasure of staying at this adorable beachfront property, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish.
