Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size at check-in for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

Charming apartment. Our host is the best. Always available and pleasant. The setting was beautiful. It was amazing that we could walk around not only to old town but is close to Route 1 where you could shop for groceries or any of the items you may have forgotten to pack. Not to mention a couple of restaurants that catered to Locals.

Convenient Location
We have stayed at this complex multiple times and although it seems small, it is a perfect, cozy spot to stay in the historic section of St. Augustine and near Flagler University. You can walk almost anywhere from this convenient location.

This was an absolutely adorable little apartment. Just perfect for my husband and I to get away from the kids… In the couple days that we were there we used our car once because everything was so close… The apartment was super clean. Best place to stay in St. Augustine!
Amazing location and there’s parking. This is usually very tough in Saint Augustine. Last VRBO I stayed at parking was 6 blocks from unit so not convenient. This unit though is very clean, comfortable, and only 4 blocks from main part of town. Then you can walk everywhere. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - close to the Historic Downtown but slightly removed from all the commotion. We visited during the Nights of Lights - the downtown was bustling on Saturday night. We walked to museums and restaurants and only used our car to go to the lighthouse. The kitchen was compact, but spotless and well equipped. We enjoyed having breakfast before heading out for the day. We'd definitely book this again.
