This property is under renovation. No much facility for garbage disposal, water pressure is very very low, less light fixtures, no welcome/complimentary water or no coffee/breakfast area. Bathroom is missing soap stand, limited towels. Price was very high compared to what all missing facilities.

IAs much as I understand the property was undergoing renovations - the room itself was "renovated" and was terrible. The workmanship was sloppy. The shower was lukewarm and no pressure. The bedsheets were stained. I hope Hilton will come and see the place before they put their stamp on this being a Hilton Hotel.

During our visit the hotel was under renovation which I can fully forgive for any additional dust and clutter. The issue I had was in the rooms that I was able to see during our visit. There was several areas that the drywall patching was incomplete and new cove base was installed over moldy and wet drywall. There was no light over the sink so the while area was dark but there was a table lamp that was plugged in near by that was not operational by a switch. The rooms felt “under construction” but were still used for visitors. It looks like an obvious attempt to hid the issues instead of correcting it so be cautious and aware if your stay is longer than a day or two.

1.) The wood vinyl flooring was new, looked okay, but was extremely dirty, my white socks were black, had to throw them away. There was about a 1/2" drop between two sections of thar flooring (from door to bed area) that we kept tripping over, very dangerous.2.) White bedspread had a 5"x6" round greyish colored stain smack dab in the middle of it. Housekeeping could not have missed it, but dressed the bed with it anyway. 3.) Nightstand had a large sticky spot about 2"x2". 4.) Shower did not have any shelves to put soap, shampoo, etc. So we improvised by putting a trash can upside down to use as a make shift shelf. Shower water pressure was bad. 5.) The security lock on door was missing one piece to it, so had to put the desk chair under the door handle for extra security. 6.) There was no light above vanity/sink, so we used a floor stand light, but then couldn't plug in the hair dryer at the same time. 7.) Kleenex box was empty. 8.) Tried to access back door from rear parking lot, keycard would not work and outside lighting was not working. Geez, $177 a night was highway robbery! Motel 6 would have been nicer. We will not stay there ever again. Management: Exterior was nice but housekeeping needs to be replaced.

This property was in the middle of an extensive remodel. No exercise room, no sauna, no restaurant. Nice pool area but hot tub was cold, showers also limited temperature. Room was spacious, bed comfy, but not the great relaxing vacation spot i hoped for.

So I walked into this knowing it was under construction and I read the horrible reviews left on here. I’m understanding of the construction… HOWEVER the fact that I was put in a room that didn’t lock from the outside, had no towels, had no working tv or a shower that got more than barely warm to the sharp stone in the shower that was “just renovated” and almost cut my foot, to not having light near the bathroom sink or any light other than the night stand and bathroom was unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that I was charged for parking in a lot that did not provide me a spot because of all the wasted space from construction and was told to just park over on the side of the building is mind boggling. I tried to speak to the manager and was blown off every time. Extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere.

I came this time to St Augustine with my daughter to celebrate her birthday . The hotel is under construction and I was not informed about it when I did my reservation online. Noisy drunk people the next door room and hotel did not do anything . The 2 nights we stayed there we couldn't sleep because of the drunk guests. The police was called on those guests. Bathroom does not have holder for shampoos , not friendly people from housekeeping, toilet paper holder was broken, no light in the bathroom under the sync. Unleveled floors in the room. Absolutely horrible experience. We stayed before 2 times and the service was great. Not staying in this hotel again.

This property was under complete renovation. Restaurant on property was closed. The lighting on the property at night was sparse. Booked into an occupied room upon arrival. Huge open hole in the bathroom wall where an access panel should’ve been. We waited 15 minutes when checking out and no one ever showed up so we left the room key on the counter at customer service. We Booked a $30 shuttle to down town Saint Augustine that never showed up and after waiting 45 minutes we just left. Beware booking this hotel. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years. If Orbitz would’ve had a disclaimer stating the condition of this hotel I would’ve not booked it especially for $117.

This is going to be a lovely hotel... in a few months. For now, it's been bought and is under construction. I booked an overnight stay for four; hoping to enjoy some of the amenities. The restaurant is closed; luckily there are plenty of local options. I thought one friend would enjoy the fitness room. Closed. We can hit the sauna after a long drive. Closed. Let me check the pool... outside. Too cold (yes, it was November). How about the hot tub? Scalding hot... dangerous actually. The front desk clerk said to see the manager in the morning. Of course, he "wasn't in yet" by the time we had to leave. I booked this place specifically based on the website and ability to simply park and relax after a long day. Oh yeah... they also charged me for parking. Had I not anywhere to go, I would have waited for to discuss things with the manager. Do yourself a favor and call them to see what's actually "open" before you book here.

Quiet Hotel with Beach Access
Beautiful hotel. The restaurant, sauna, and fitness room were under construction when we were there. But the rooms were quiet. The outdoor pool and hot tub looked great and the beach is just down the street. The hotel was quiet. The staff was nice too. The only odd thing was that our room’s lamps were bright white harsh bulbs instead of the soft warm yellow bulbs you usually get. That was a surprise, but overall the start was very pleasant and it’s perfectly situated on St. Augustine beach and just 15 minutes from the historic district.

The hotel is beautiful has a lot of potential, is under renovation and that could be inconvenient, the real issue was that the key machine was broken so we didn’t have a room key so an employee from front desk had to open our door every time we came back to our room
