Properly is very clean. Rooms and interior seem recently renovated (year or so). Beds and interior of room nice and clean and fresh. No pet or animal smell in the bulding or room (trust me i can tell). Walkable distance to rhe historical area and within reach of some of the Tram sites/destinations. Cookies to die for! (They do contain nuts, but have warnings, delicious!). Convenient parking and restaurant/bar right in lobby. We did not have breakfast but area appeared very nice. Would love to come back to this hotel in near future. Staff very very friendly.

We would for sure stay here again. We felt very welcome. The front desk employees were very family. Our room was very nice and comfortable. My only complaint was our tub looked dirty.

No proper parking Extra charge for parking there. My room was next to the check-in counter. Very noisy all night long. Staff did not help with drunken brawl in lobby. Never stay there again.

Great stay, staff was great with the exception of one bar Hostess. Food at the bar and at breakfast was good. Bed could use a new mattress but room was very comfy and quiet, awesome Hot shower. pool could use more staff attention setting up the umbrellas around the pool deck. Walked to historic district and it brought back memories from prior visits. Area restaurants are awesome.
