st augustine stay
We enjoyed the property, however, we had to move our third day in due to plumbing issues. Our host was very good about taking care of the issue and getting us moved. St Augustine was terrific and our first time there. Very historic and a beautiful area.

The yard needed some mowing and some work done in it. Inside of the place was wonderful. Just what we were expecting.

This property was in a good location. The water pressure was good and the king bed was fine. That said I would strongly reconsider if you’re a group of 4. The pullout couch was truly one of the most awful sleeping experiences, two of our group would’ve rather slept on the floor. Also, there is no privacy as the master bedroom doors are bay windows right into the living room. The sofa bed also had incorrectly sized sheets, the trash can was broken and everything felt sandy and germy still when we arrived.

Good Value
If you're looking to stay a little north of St. Augustine or St. Augustine Beach, this is a solid option for the price. As others have said, it's a little "tired", but that's pretty much standard for coastal Florida... stay at the Ritz and pay for the Ritz, if you' looking for posh resort.

We came 4 Ft Mose so location was great but we had problems with the unit. Difficult finding our unit & where to enter. It was dark when we arrived & the property had zero signs or lights. We couldn’t see anything & scary wandering around in the dark trying to find our unit. Once inside we couldn’t turn on either heat or ac units or get Hulu to work. The unit had a cute decor, but needed updating. The mattress was the deal breaker. It was HORRIBLE! I got zero sleep. Also was bug in the dishes cabinet unappetizing.

Not Clean
Instructions to get into house were clear, but the lock was finicky. First thing we noticed when coming in was dried, crusty food on the rolling island table. Found human hair on the rags in the bathroom - so we did not even use the shower because we didn’t bring our own towels and were already grossed out. High stools were very wobbly and could easily cause an accident. Floors were sandy and sticky in spots. Overall, we were happy we only had it booked for 1 night. It did the job, but would not recommend paying over $200 for a place like this.

Awesome cute little place
This place is super cute. Love all the cozy beach decorations. It gives off such a small town comforting beach vibe. Everything went smoothly and I have to say one of the most comfy beds ever! I think the big house photo is slightly misleading because you share it with the owners or other renters. Also it says when you check out to place dishes in the dishwasher which we could not find. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely book again!
