2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and availability of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, CNN, FOX, E, Bravo, HGTV, TLC, History, A&E, USA, Travel, and much more.

The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination. We know that traveling can be hectic, so we provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner.8

Perfect for 2 friends exploring St. Augustine!
Pros- updated, clean, comfortable and accommodating space! Great pool too! Host was very prompt and courteous when replying. Cons-a bit far out from historic town center and waterfront but easy walking distance of less than a mile. 20 steps to 2nd floor 2 bed unit was a bit daunting to carry luggage up and down. Neighborhood is up and coming with renovations but overall felt safe and quiet.

Upstairs Apartment in Historic Area
This was my first time using VRBO. Hosts were lovely. This property was in walking distance to town. Beautiful pool, clean and well appointed apartment. We stayed upstairs…three other apartments are on the ground floor. The outside stairs are quite steep and difficult to lug up suitcases, food etc. would not recommend for small children or seniors with disability the upstairs apt #4. If I stayed again would want to stay on ground floor. Two parking spaces were provided with upstairs apartment… One for the ground floor apartments. When we first got there we were concerned with neighborhood but it turns out it is in the Historic area and homes are being renovated.

"Best week of my life," said everybody in my family. Staying in this very clean, spacious, and comfortable condo unit was a major contributing factor to that shared sentiment. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Beautiful and clean pool to relax in after a day at the St. Augustine Beach (short drive) or a brief walk to St. George St. (beautiful scenery/sites along the way). Close enough to the Alligator Farm and Mainland a little farther out. Wonderful family memories were made and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a wonderful place. Overall, exceptionally clean, well-stocked, comfortable, spacious, and in a wonderful location. Wonderful and responsive communication with Kirsten as well. Thank you!

Great unit. Close to almost everything. A little annoying to have roofing work being done throughout our stay but otherwise good. Didn’t get to use the pool but loved walking to Distillery and San Sebastián

Never been to St Augustine before. This place offered a comfortable home environment so close to everything. It was a short walk so no need for a car. Then the trolley was right there too. Great place. Lots of room. Very clean and prepped. Enjoyed immensely

Very Nice Apartment
The check-in process was very easy and the host responded to communications immediately. The apartment was as described and in very good condition - clean and comfortable. The shelf in the refrigerator was glued and the glass came out - just wanted the host to be aware since it was not in great shape when we got there. We were asked to run the dishwasher upon check out which is a bit complicated since it is not connected to a water supply. We didn't want to do it incorrectly so we handwashed the couple dishes we used. Overall great property but the location is a bit difficult to figure out - can't decide if the neighbors are fixing their properties or letting them go. It is in walking distance from everything, but the walk is a bit scary.

Incredibly thoughtful host
This rental is a beautifully renovated floor of a lovely old house within walking distance of the historic area of Saint Augustine. The hostess has provided not only comfortable furniture, but also so many of the comforts of home. She made sure to have lots of towels, blankets and pillows, as well as coffee and filters. The bathroom was supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap dispensers, as well as extra rolls of toilet paper. Basically it felt more like a very nice hotel than a vacation rental home, and we didn’t have to have brought extra toiletries and paper goods, as I’ve had to do in other rentals. She was thoughtful about literally everything, and we felt absolutely safe and comfortable. I plan on booking at this property again, I really don’t think I could ever find a better place in this area.
