Rent this place if you want convenience to downtown, the beach and pool. Quiet place and everything included to make packing easier. All beach chairs etc included. The second floor bedrooms is great. We will definitely be back.

Great stay!
Sandy Shores was a wonderful place to stay! We are a family of 5 and this location worked for us wonderfully. It is right on the beach and the pool is only steps away. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning to enjoy my coffee and the ocean view. Family friendly and quiet for relaxation. The condo itself was clean, well loved and had all the necessities needed. All of the points of interest for St Augustine were only 10- 15 minute drive away, which made it easy to get to but also far enough away to enjoy a quiet beach town. We look forward to come back in the future!

Quick Trip
We had a quick trip to Florida. Upon arrival, the place had plenty of room and worked for what we needed. Beds were comfortable. We did find our bed sheets to have stains, but they brought over new sheets and everything was good. The bedrooms upstairs were really hot compared to the living area downstairs. They did have some fans upstairs though. The unit could probably use a deep clean on the fans, bathroom exhaust fans, and air vents as there was quite the collection of dust. Overall it was a nice stay and worked for us.

We loved it at this property, steps from the ocean. The location to everything was great. The condo was very spacious, very clean and nicely updated. Our host was great, any questions we had, he answered quickly. The view from our balcony was wonderful, i sat and watched the dolphins early mornings. It is a nice, quiet complex. Great location on St Augustine Beach
This condo was just what I was looking for. It’s right on the beach and the beach is fantastic especially if you like walking. The beach is very wide and you can walk for a few miles in either direction. The condo has lots of room with the two bedrooms upstairs. There is a bathroom downstairs which is very convenient. The kitchen is a bit dated but has everything you need. If you arrive in the winter as I did, be aware that the pool is not heated. But if you like just hanging around reading or enjoying the sun there are plenty of chairs around the pool. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and the historic town of St Augustine is only 6 miles away. I recommend this location for those who love a great beach.

We are a family of 5, with girls ages 5-9-11. We loved the location. Soo close to grocery stores and short drive to the state park and public beach/pier area. The beach is beautiful! And it was not crowded. We enjoyed plenty of space to ourselves! There is so much to do close by. The condo was great!perfect size for our family, 3 kids in one room is in the other. We really enjoyed ourselves and had everything we needed. And had the best family vacation!!! A few things I didn’t realize. This is a second floor unit and there is only one elevator. We didn’t use it at first because we didn’t know it was there. But besides unpacking and packing it wasn’t needed. The upstairs can get pretty warm. (This didn’t bother us we are typically cold natured) but there are no Ceiling fans. I really missed having a washer and dryer. But there is a coin Laundry available if you really need it. I only noted those things since I thought it would have been nice to know ahead of time. This is a great place to stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
