This condo community backs up to one of St. Augustine's most beautiful beaches, Butler Beach, and also has year-round heated pools. When you stay at this very beautiful and private beach front communities, just minutes from downtown historic St. Augustine. This is in a beach gated community. The beach has a private entry with a key card. Beach entrance is located behind the second community pool.There are many local eateries located within walking distance as well as Publix, Winn Dixie, and groceries stores with liquor. With all the modern conveniences of a home to enjoy, the only problem is you might never want to leave this little slice of paradise. One pet per unit.

Perfect Location for Quiet Beach Vacation
This spot was great for my family. We were looking for something quiet, clean, and in close proximity to the beach. Not only did this property offer all of that, it is also perfectly located to anything you might need for your trip. Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants all within close proximity. Couldn’t recommend more!

This condo is updated and the perfect size for two. Had everything we needed for a 4 day stay and is in a great location in St Augustine. We had many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The two pools were great and there’s private beach entrance in the complex.

Check in process was easy. We liked that it was close to the beach and there were two pools in the condo complex. Location is good as its not too far from any of the local attractions. Clean, comfortable, nice place to stay. Private Beach access is a bit of a walk if you are old folks like us..but..we found a bunch of visitor parking spots in front of the pool by the beach access which old knees and hips really appreciated! Seafood Kitchen restaurant right across the street serves excellent food! Comfy bed and great shower. Really cool slider shades . going to have to get some for my own house. Thanks for the enjoyable stay 😊

This was a great condo at the beach. We stayed in the same complex last year and really enjoyed. The condo is a good walk to the beach but manageable. It is right on the main road but this did not disturb us. Condo had everything you including coffee and filters. Owner was very attentive to all details. Would not hesitate to return

The condo was clean and the host was helpful when I asked questions. The building is old and needs new doors and window. The kitchen is updated and the washer/dryer is newer, however the furniture in the living space is dorm quality.

Wonderful stay!
First time to St Augustine and really enjoyed our stay! Plenty to do and more for next time we visit. Very easy walk to the beach and great facilities like pool and games. Loved the short drive to old town. Dawn was wonderful to communicate with and everything was provided.

The condo was great and was close enough to all of the tourist attractions and was close to the beach. Overall everything was great and there is a little restaurant right down the street from the condo that was great little place as well!

Very nice condo for 2. Very clean and well appointed. Good communication with host. Very long trek to the beach. Wish that had been closer. Couldn’t hear the ocean for the traffic noise.
