Located just off of Cordova Street and just a couple of blocks from the St. George Street walking district, this home is surrounded by other beautiful historic homes, quaint tree-covered streets, and is a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again!

16 Saragossa Street is recently refurbished and restored in a way that will help you enjoy the rich heritage of the home and surrounding town while also have modern conveniences and everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy classic and crisp linens, soft towels, and all you need to cook "at home." Gather on the back patio for an evening cookout, and in the family room for a movie on the large screen TV. Wake up to a cup of coffee in the front room looking out over the beautiful street.

Great historic house

St Augustine Vacation
Overall had a great vacation. The house is close to many tourist locations in the city. You can walk but we had little ones so we drove everywhere. Would book again if in the area. Communication with host was great. Sorry to neighbors downstairs as anyone with children understands how it is with little busy humans that want to run, jump, and scream at all times of day.

Perfect location
This lovely apartment (top floor of the house) is the perfect location for most of the St Augustine sites and many of the great restaurants. Having your own parking spot so close to everything is the cherry on top. 5-10min walk to the historic areas, 15-20min walk to the distillery/winery tour area. The apartment is dated in some aspects (eg old locks on some doors, some cosmetic things yet to be repaired, old windows, faint musty smell upon first entering) but everything else is 5 star: spacious, quiet, fully furnished kitchen, tv in every room with roku, washer/dryer, air con, comfy sofas. Hosts/management are wonderful in their communication, helpful tips and little extra surprise added enhancements. We took advantage of their 2 for 1 tickets to the Trolley and the Pirate Museum. It is a nuisance that you have to call the first time but after that you can book yourself online (worth the savings).

Ideal Location
Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood within short walking distance to coffee houses, restaurants, shopping, trolley stops in historic downtown St. Augustine. This second floor apartment was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, with several seating areas, comfortable beds, large closets, washer/dryer... and quiet (we never heard our neighbors below). We look forward to returning!

Location is Key!
I could not have found a better condo in a better location in St. Augustine! This condo is very close (about 5-10 min walk) to St. George Street which has all the shops and restaurants, and Flagler College and Lightner Museum and the Fort. The condo itself is spacious with 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom, living room and dining area and full kitchen with a breakfast nook. The house is from the 1920s so it is charming with its older details, though the floors do creak. Definitely better to be in this 2nd floor condo so you don't hear as much from downstairs renters. Kitchen is pretty well stocked and they give you a starter kit of supplies. Central AC works good especially with all the fans going. The management company was very responsive to all texts and sends you a lot of information to help you with your stay. Also they partner with Xplorie which provides you discounts on tours and activities - we took advantage of the one free ticket for trolley tour - definitely take advantage and save money! And trolley stop is around the block, super convenient! Only nitpicky things I would say is bathroom needs a towel rack and a new shower head (though shower pressure is awesome, appreciated by this thick haired woman! LOL). I would strongly recommend this condo for those looking for quiet area to relax after long day, it's in a quiet residential area. Sun room is great if it's not too hot. The location cannot be beat to get to everything you want to do!

The location is ideal to park your car and walk everywhere you want to go. The condo is also much roomier than the pics show. There was room to relax and hang out. Everything you need is available here. I’d definitely book again.

Beautiful apartment, great location
This is a wonderful place to use as a base for exploring St. Augustine on foot. Comfortable beds, surprising number of closets for an older home, and just cozy. We booked again for next year! Note that the kitchen is basic without a lot of counter space, but that was actually a plus for us, not needing to pay for a gourmet kitchen.

Walk to everything from this tidy home with big bedrooms, a big kitchen and lots of seating areas. The A/C worked great and the street is *just* far away enough from the action to not be an issue with noise. Parking is a little tight and we didnt know we'd have downstairs neighbors but the insulation is fantastic, you cant hear a thing. I'd book this property again in an instant. The managers are reachable in an instant and truly accomodating

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, very clean, and close to downtown. We could easily walk to St George Street in minutes. We enjoyed watching the street and neighbors from the upstairs porch. Only thing to critique (and this is a personal preference) was the very firm -hard -mattresses on both beds. A memory foam pad on both would make all the difference. But, overall, we loved the apartment and the location.

Perfect location
Very Spacious 2nd floor apartment just as pictured….perfect location, beautiful neighborhood and with the blinds open it feels very light and airy with the trees visible outside the windows. Very convenient to have quality washer and dryer there right off the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a grill outside to use. Addition of a patio table and chairs would be nice. The kitchen and bathroom could use some upgrading, but still were clean and functional. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. I would have given it 5 stars for cleanliness, but the windows could have used cleaning , and if you opened up the windows the ledges needed cleaning. Also, the front porch windows have no screens. In the warmer months you probably wont open the apartment windows; but since it was April, we opened the windows and a nice cross breeze came through. Note the only contact you have with the property owner is through text, but we had no problems with that. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when in St. Augustine.
