The stay at this hotel was underwhelming. Our room had shampoo and conditioner installed in the bathroom, but both were empty. The room is advertised with having a jacuzzi. But it doesnā€™t come with one. Just a bath tub. I also asked for a crib, because they advertise they offer some. And was given a pack and play that is way too low for a newborn to go in. When I brouhht this up to the staff they looked at me like I was crazy. And lastly, as delicious as breakfast is. The ladies serving it are very rude and seemed like they just cared to get a tip. Will definitely be saving myself some money next time and staying in any other hotel in the area.
