The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The pull out couch wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible either. The room had decent space but there were hairs in the shower, and they weren’t ours.

I was told when I got there to get everything out of my vehicle cause it’s likely my vehicle could get broken into. Also after requesting my room to get cleaned it was not and that’s extremely frustrating. Was given free breakfast that taste like something my dog would eat. My son is going to school out here and we were hoping to find a good hotel we could stay at on a regular basis. This will not be it. Property should probably be shut down or new ownership.

The hotel staff was very pleasant. They allowed dogs, which was one of the major reasons we chose this hotel. The downside, however, we had ants in our room. Aside from that the rooms are large and spacious, very comfortable. The hotel staff was appreciative that we alerted them about the ant problem.

I chose this hotel for its location on the river and proximity to restaurants, as well as the amenities. My room was a good size and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Tom at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to, housekeeping is attentive and professional, and the maintenance crew looks at things, and cares! This is the first time in my life that I have seen the maintenance team verifying the safety features! Well done!

I reserved a four bed suite, but without notice, when I arrived we had been given two regular rooms. It all worked out fine, but would have been nice to have been told ahead of time.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful at check in and out. The only negative I might have was that it seemed a bit muggy indoors and in my room. Similar to having the carpet cleaned but not quite all the way dried out. I would stay here again though it was a good experience and location to downtown.

Hotel is out of date, but clean. Rooms were decent. Nice walking trail along Mississippi River next to hotel. Perfect location for downtown St Cloud events.
