Amazing, Peaceful, ON THE RIDGE- GORGEOUS VIEWS!!! Free Wi-Fi

You will LOVE this unit! This beautiful condo is on the RIDGE at Sports Village with gorgeous views and windows all the way around! We recently updated our unit with new carpet and paint throughout and new flooring in the bathroom! Unlike most of the other units in Sports Village, our unit is quiet, private and peaceful! If you've ever been to Sports Village you know it is more like a Resort than a condo complex!

Our condo is super clean and homey, with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable! The views are Incredible! The location is Fantastic! Like I mentioned, we're located on the ridge overlooking the fantastic landscape to the east and north! You feel like you are in a lush garden with all the windows looking out at the beautiful landscaping!

Our condo is quiet and peaceful yet it is just a few steps directly across the street from the clubhouse pools and tennis courts. Relax on our private covered patio - perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view- or in the afternoon or evening when you would like to quietly lounge in the shade.

The amenities in Sports Village are the best you can find! There is Everything you could want to do; swim- 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, kiddie pool (one pool with hot tub for adults 18 and older). The HOA is now closing the pools each year for two months from the Monday after Thanksgiving until the Friday of Presidents Day weekend. The hot tubs will still be open year round. There are 2 tennis courts, 1 pickle ball court, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, beautiful walking paths throughout the complex! Inside the spacious clubhouse (where you can borrow everything you need; basketballs, tennis rackets, ping pong paddles, etc.) is a work-out gym, racquetball courts, ping pong, pool table, Foosball, air hockey, and even an indoor miniature golf course!

There is so much to do on site- you may not want to leave! But...St. George area has countless amazing things to see in and around it as well! From Beautiful golf courses to mountain bike and ATV trails right next door, to hiking Snow Canyon to watching a play at the Tuacahn Theater. Just down the hill you can take a stroll along the paved path next to the Santa Clara River and view all sorts of wildlife! Zion National Park and Grand Canyon are just a short drive away. Shopping, including a wonderful Outlet Mall, is very close and convenient as well.

There is a set of steps to descend to get to this beautiful secluded unit. Free Wi-Fi! Our unit also has a washer and dryer! Our condo is perfect for one or two couples or a small family- we will rent up to 4 people total. You won't regret staying here- you will want to come back over and over again!

A Great stay
The property was great. We were there for the seniors games and found the property was centrally located for the venues. Others from the ball team also stayed throughout the complex. The condo was very well kept and clean. The bed was very comfy. I would definitely recommend this property and hope we can return to the same unit next year.

We have stayed in 3 properties in the Sports Village complex and this was the best of the three. Sports village is an older complex and the care and attention varies by the owner. This unit has been cared for better than the others we have stayed in. Also, know that not every building faces the canyon. This is in building V, and you do have a nice view from a nice patio. The refrigerator and microwave are newer. The tub was great as was the bed. We found it to be quiet. It was also right across from the clubhouse. Communication with host was excellent. Perfect for this older couple.

Retro condo
While this place was clean and ready for us, the owners need to seriously consider updating this place. Are you serious about a dishwasher and stove from the 70's? How about that lovely toaster that comes out from the wall. This place doesn't look like any improvements have been done in decades.

We had a hiccup on the check in because we just looked at the address listed in VRBO. When we got to the complex, we had no idea which unit! I messaged the owner, but while we were waiting, I found the unit on the agreement doc. All of this took a while without wifi. The complex is very lovely. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball. The location was awesome. We came to St George to go to a Tuachan Show, and that wasn't far. We ate at Morty's and Viva Chicken. These were pretty close and super yummy! (Highly recommend!) The appliances are all really old, which I don't mind, but the fridge water and ice didn't work. We never tried the stove/oven. Trash compactor didn't work. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfy, and we loved having two sinks in the bathroom and a magnifying mirror!

This is our third stay at this condo. That should say a lot. It has lots of room, cozy, everything you need. The host is very responsive with questions. We plan on staying here again. Nice and quite in the evenings sitting outside.

Very nice!
Such a nice stay! I don’t sleep well when traveling but this bed was the most comfortable ever, and I slept so well and peaceful. We had a beautiful hummingbird visit us each day! Convenient to everything! Only suggestion is to replace microwave- we never could get it to work. Overall- excellent.

Long weekend in St George
Short visit to St George, with day trips to Zion and Vegas, plus the hidden gem of Snow Canyon State Park. The condo was as advertised….good location, clean, quiet. The unit is somewhat dated (appliances), but still very nice. Nice view from the covered patio.

Great condo for two
This was a very nice place for us to stay. I was looking for a ground level property, which this is. But I did not realize that it is 16 steps DOWN to the property, which is also 16 steps up to the parking lot. A little difficult if you have any mobility issues. But otherwise a great stay.

TV Challenge
Unit was clean, great location, great view, well stocked and very comfortable. Only challenge was watching TV. Once you found something to watch the picture would go blank or freeze up 2 or 3 times a minute. Worse on some channels than others. Old people have a hard time dealing with electronic challenges.

Very nice condo at Sports Village. Well equipped kitchen, good instructions and switches labeled. Added bonus of beautiful view from the patio. Furniture and bed very comfortable and in good shape. All check in/check out info received early, very easy process. Plan to return.
