Everything topnotch except... Wooden floors? 3d floor tenants stomping on our heads after 11pm and before 7am... needed sound deadening or concrete poured floors. Meanwhile stick kids on first floor or otherwise isolate. We used hvac and sound generator to try to block out the noise above us... sleep is, after all why most folks book. Otherwise great new facility. Laundry is reasonable but most or all machines rejected credit card processing due to 'no connection. '

I did find out why the room I received was for hearing impaired guests, lol! The noise did die down at a reasonable time, so no real complaints there. Breakfast with made to order omelets were the best!!

We have been on a 12 day roadtrip and have stayed at many Best Weatern hotels on this trip. The staff at this particular Best Western were top notch! From the check-in, to pool towel service, to the breakfast service, to the hotel manager coming around during breakfast to visit with guests! Amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back.
