Step outside onto the patio each morning to read, soak in the sunshine, or sit down for an alfresco breakfast. After a day of desert adventures, come home each evening to an electric fireplace, a well-appointed kitchenette with stainless steel appliances, and commanding views of the sunset sky.

This guesthouse is located in a quiet gated community next to the private Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club. The club offers fantastic access to Snow Canyon State Park two miles north and Gunlock State Park 15 miles northwest, among other wonders of nature. Go hiking in Johnson Canyon, Jenny's Trail, Scout Cave, or the Hidden Pinyon Red Sands in Snow Canyon, or explore Whiptail and West Canyon by bike. The famous Tuacahn Center For the Arts is three miles north, and many excellent restaurants are within a six-mile drive. The always-incredible Zion National Park - home of Angels Landing and The Narrows - is only 52 miles east.

A nice place for a business stay
I travel a lot for business and for conferences and this property was very cozy, clean, and spacious, which made for a pleasant stay and for it’s ability to have a washer and dryer, sure, this is nice for vacations, too, but when I don’t have a lot of time or options, it’s super convenient. The hosts were great, too!

Things to know: - You need to download the Vacasa app to get the check-in information. - Google maps does not take you to the correct house when using the address supplied. - The pictures that show the property are deceptive (taken from very specific angles). The unit is actually just one long room (think converted 3rd car garage). - The view from the deck is not like the picture. There’s actually a road, club house, and golf course and the mountains are further away. - The deck is shared with the next unit, only separated by a small wall (not private). - It does have a spacious bathroom. - They have speakers in the high ceiling that are available through AirPlay. Unfortunately, when the neighboring unit connects to their speakers, it also connects to your speakers at high volume! - The connecting wall/door allows you to hear the neighbors when talking normally. Was not impressed at all and would not stay there again.

Little Things could have made it so much better
The property itself was fantastic. However, on arrival I found only a small card listing the Wifi password. A single information sheet would have saved me hours of trouble. For instance, there were automatic blinds to close near the beds. (Very large doors and my kids were nervous to sleep) I looked everywhere trying to figure out how to close them. I looked in the trip manager account info and found nothing. I even reached out to Vacasa at night but got no response until the next morning. Eventually I discovered a power panel on the opposite wall (*not near the blinds at all). But when arriving late it would have been so nice to refer to a simple sheet. Even a label above the switch would have made it more noticeable. We also wanted to use the fireplace but I couldn't get it on. Eventually I figured out you had to stand directly in front of it to work - not on the side angle where the control is. Again, a simple information sheet would have helped. Somewhere I read specific instructions as to which pool address to use and spa - however when I finally reached a Vacasa agent - they told me there was no access for guests? Getting Vacasa took hours via their "text message instant response." If you need help, definitely wait for the phone rep. The kitchen was very minimally stocked. Again, there was nothing actually wrong with the property, but for such a quick stay it felt so difficult! For those renting, please considering making a booklet to help guests.

unit was sparse, 1 kitchen utensil, knife, etc, no cutting board, no desk, no luggage spot, no comfortable chair, no garage as stated, not much fun, left 1/2 way thru our stay !!

This is a great place for 2 people. The Entrada is an amazing property. Only minor negative- this is a “lockout “ apartment from the connecting unit. Can easily hear the neighbors but they were quiet with lights out by 10-10:30pm so not really a big deal.

Property needs a little work to be 5 stars.
Needs professional decorating. All windows need to be clean (2 of 7 were dirty. Outdoor glass table looked like it had not been cleaned for months making us wonder about the cleanliness of the patio furniture cushions, so we covered them with beach towels. Needs better directions and explanation of how numbering works. We used Apple & Google Maps and still drove around neighborhood for 20 minutes before finding property. Great location, building & grounds are very nice. Great view to the east and patio gets direct sun for most of the day. We were sunbathing in our swim suits in January!
