So, so . . .
I would call it average. The room was "fairly" clean but horribly outdated and needed some updating. The bath tub/shower was peeling, grimy, and very old. I mean for the prices, I suppose you get what you pay for.

I have stayed at this property before and it is generally pretty clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is standard, nothing to write home about, but it works. Their pool is warm and that's nice when you want to get in and it's cold outside.

Hot tub inop. Pool was dirty, but heated at least. Random trash and beer bottles throughout the grounds. Tje tub creaked badly and felt like it was going to fall through the floor. Ice machine inop. Had to scoop ice from a cooler located in the lobby. And all this at $250 per night. This place is old and outdated. In major need of a facelift.

Convenient area, lots of dining choices and easy access to Freeway. The bed was comfy. Downsides were noise, finicky keys, broken ice machine and jacuzzi. Parking is fine, but someone manages to hit my truck despite being on an end stall parked well away from the line.
