BUGS/HAIR IN SHEETS/TV NOT WORKING: I usually give hotels the benefit of the doubt, but this time I have to say something. I have stayed here multiple times and haven’t had an issue until the last two stays. The stay before this one, I found bed bugs in one of the lower level rooms; they moved me to one of the upstairs rooms and the stay was fine after that; no bugs in the second room. This time, I asked for the same upstairs room in hopes there would be no bugs or issues, but I woke up in the middle of the night with a large long-legged bug crawling on me (not a bed bug this time). I also found pubic hair in the bed suggesting the sheets hadn’t been changed and the DirecTV reception on the TV wouldn’t work half of the time. I gave this hotel a second chance after my first encounter with the bed bugs, but that was a huge mistake (it was bed bugs; they say they weren’t, but it most definitely was). I will not be staying here again. You get what you pay for; this hotel is inexpensive, but I’d rather pay just a little more and do without pubic hair and bugs. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here; you’ll regret it.

The room wasn’t very clean. Chips left on the floor. It had a wet mildew smell. No hot water when I went to shower at night. Little cockroaches all over the room. One even ran across our bed cover at night. Checked out after the first night and went somewhere else. Very gross. I couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Property is close to dining and felt mostly safe. Staff friendly. New surfaces in bath sink and tub walls. Base boards toilet paper holder dirty. Large chandelier in entry way is extremely dusty, noticeable upon entry. Probably remodeling while open which is ok. Room smelled like tacos upon entry but cleared up with turning on the heater. I liked that it was a good last-minute deal when other hotels in area were completely booked.

I have never had an issue like this, the first night went normal. Second night my dog found a bug. Not just a bug, a cockroach. Since the night before I didn't see anything, I thought it was a fluke. Then I saw another one, I had to walk my dog to go potty. And the walls in the hallway had at least 30, crawling on the walls. I went to tell the front desk. Came back to the room to discuss this with my husband and then the front desk called our room. He said he could move us to the other side of the hotel. It was 11:30 pm by this time. We decided we would at least try that. Since it was late already. I believe they knew they have an infestation and put us in harms way. I didn't see anyone else having to move. And feel very grossed out, had a time even sleeping. It ruined our trip. To top it off we had no apology and received glares from the staff. Not sure about your services. A lot of road noise, walls that were too thin (could hear everything in neighboring rooms, including upstairs), no hand towel rack, no tissues, a cleaning sponge in a plastic cup, no lid on the ice bucket, sheets that were too small for the mattress (and were falling apart), and just a genuinely-uncomfortable stay.

I would definitely not stay here again. The place is really dirty. Hallways are dirty with worned out carpet. The rooms are very filthy too. The baseboards in the rooms are disgusting they have dirt, grime on them not sure when it was the last time someone cleaned them. One bed skirt some white crusty stuff on it. The towels looked more like clenaing rugs they were very old and stained.
