This unbeatable gem has been recently renovated with all three bathrooms beautifully remodeled, a brand new ocean-facing main deck, and updated living room furniture and dining table. Refined decor comes to life in bright seaside colors, resulting in a cheerful Southern-chic look throughout the home. Tile floors and refinished hardwood floors mean that you'll feel the central air conditioning throughout your stay no matter what room you stay in. You'll be able to cook up something delicious inside the spacious kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen island - eat in the dining room or at the breakfast bar with enough seating for four. Better yet, take it out to the spacious and brand new (2022) sundeck furnished with new Adirondack chairs. Guests of the upper-level bedroom can enjoy views from a beach-facing deck all their own.
If you're looking to spend most of your time out by the beach (and why wouldn't you?), this home has the amenities you need to make it happen. Walk down to the beach on a small footpath. Rinse off the sand in an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Process your catch of the day at the fish cleaning station. The entire ground area shaded deck under the house has enough built-in seating for everyone to relax. The family dog is also welcome to join in on the beach fun at this home!

Take a visit to the St George Lighthouse museum less than a mile away and take in the view! St. George Island State Park is just seven miles away - electric mobility-assisted sand scooters are available so that everyone can enjoy the sand and surf. The charming town of Apalachicola is just a short drive away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
