The hotel needs updating in the rooms we stayed in. But was very clean inside and outside of the property. The staff very rarely smile which is sad and all look so serious. We stayed 2 nights which was sufficient for our needs. The swimming pool close to the dinning area needs repair. I did not use it The plus side you have the beautiful gran Anse beach and sea. Dining experience I kept to chicken cesar or seafood salad or steak which was cooked extremely well. Negative: they are sooo slow we drank our cocktails and water before the food came. Cocktails were nice and not too sweet. I would go back but a short stay only.

Check in process is ridiculously long and they dont even guide you to which way your room. Had to walk around for 15 mins and ask for help at the lobby again to find my room. I booked 2 rooms in one booking yet they put us in 2 completely different building and when i complained, they couldnt even been bothered to help. Didnt have any change of moneu as they alwaus run out. Property is really old and dated. Barely got any housekeeping and they kept always running out of towels. Staff werent very helpful. We were a group of 11 people and not a single one of us would recommend this hotel. Worst experience in a Caribbean country.

I loved the staff interaction with us. We learn local dances which was absolutely a blast. In addition, they respect your space and is always available to answer any questions you may have. The beach is gorgeous. Our room was wonderful and I love that we could walk out and there were lounge chairs for our leisure. We made lots of friends and memories. ❤️

I liked that the hotel was located on the beach, with nearby restaurants. A supermarket, and public transportation was within walking distance. I enjoyed using the pool table, playing table tennis and using the tennis court. I enjoyed spending time at the back pool, it was extremely spacious with two Jacuzzi to soak the day away in. Breakfast at the hotel was great. Mr Joseph, Ms Sally and Melissa was always a pleasure to see on morning time for breakfast. They were all very helpful and professional. Thank you to our cleaning lady I cant remember her name, but she did an amazing job keeping our room clean. The service at the hotel needs improvement when it comes to lunch and dinner time. The wait time for receiving your food after placing an order is way to long. The menu can use some updating as well. I would like to see more of the coutries local food added, not just the everyday food I eat abroad. The resort need more kayaks, they only had one working. Most importantly the life jackets needs to be replaced. The life jackets myself and my family was placed in was not safe at all, it was old and worn out.The tennis court needs lights, its very hard to see to play once the sun go down.The main pool needs repair Radisson beach resort is a lovly hotel, despite a few issues which I did not mention because it was already discussed with management. I would recommend this hotel. Its located in a great location. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay and will definitely revisit.

Went for a funeral ..spend 1WK ...breakfast was amazing.... room was clean...great evening entertainment...staff was helpful and always served with a smile...will go again.

This was our first time at The Radisson, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room gave us a view of the ocean and was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing so much choice and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Plenty of choice for lunch and dinner. Easy access the the beach which is awesome. The pool was also great and the waterfall was very powerful. There was so much space to lounge around. Evening entertainment was also great. We will definitely be staying there again.
