I like the early morning breakfast and friendly staffs every time I go back they know who I am I feel so at home .. I don’t like checking in your room is never ready on arrival long wait in the lobby . The cleaning staff don’t put towels in the bathroom . You have to ask for towels almost every day.

The hotel is convenient to everything the staff is so nice. The gym is great and property is well maintained. Hotel is not fancy but its clean and the breakfast is amazing. The only complaint is that the service is slow in the resteraunt and bar . I stay here every yr for 2 weeks.

A minor hiccup with the rooms (musty smell, small cockroaches) however receptionist was very diligent in regards to addressing concerns raised and upgrading my stay. Breakfast was amazing, loved all the local options available (even took some blood pudding with me lol). Overall I think with more updates to the room and having proper ventilation I would give them a 10. Loved the activities that were available on the resort, and met some amazing people there. I really enjoyed my stay overall. thank you

I enjoyed my time at this hotel, it was very fun and inviting. However on my first day here, it took the restaurant staff 40 minutes to bring a hot dog and a shrimp salad to our table. The restaurant was not crowded so I was a little confused on the wait. We kept motioning for the waitress to come over but she kinda brushed us off and told us it’s coming. She never came to the table and addressed us or apologized for the wait. We finally told her to cancel it, she stood in the corner with her coworkers and talked about us in front of us. She never came back to the table or apologized. But the manager at the end of the meal came to us and apologized and did her best to fix the situation and assured us she will retrain her staff in those areas which in the end made the experience pleasant again. My friends toilet flooded but they upgraded her room immediately that was also very nice on the hotels end. I would DEFINITELY be back here. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star ( they deserve it ) is because the hotel does need to be updated but overall it was a great experience at this hotel and in Grenada this is now my favorite island.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this resort. The food was excellent, especially those fried bakes in the morning for breakfast. The facilities are great, the pools, the beach, the room and the grounds were top notch. The staff were excellent as well. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
