First off, it is not 100% handicap accessible. Getting into the main door and into the shower yes. But the bed was hard for us to get into, and we are not handicapped. High bed with large side logs you need to get over to get into the bed. Also, toilet would be hard for a handicapped person to use.
Small tv in the bedroom, no local channels and no chairs to sit on to watch unless you're getting into the bed. I would have preferred the tv in the living room.
Only one window opened in the bedroom, the other window the screen was ripped.
AC was large floor model in the bedroom and was noisy.
No privacy sitting outdoors and the view of the lake is very minimal.
Broken blinds in the living room, didn't close all the way down. As another reviewer wrote, it is dark over the sink/stove area. Needs a light of some kind.
The plus side. Unique cute cabin, very clean and had a well stocked kitchen with plates etc. and complimentary bathroom items if you need them. Great location it's close to town and many deer come to visit. They loved the apples I brought. Slicing them was easier for them to eat.
