There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and the smaller bedroom has a cd player in the tv with a selection of children’s CDs
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The property benefits from very efficient gas central heating.
Other things to note
The parking space is to the rear of the property accessed by walking around the terrace, approximately 1.5 minutes. There is building work planned on the parking space area in the beginning of 2024 so if it is unavailable. We have another private parking space on Park Avenue, around the corner approximately 3 mins walk. Guests usually pull up at the front of the property to unload before parking.
