Our experience is probably a one-off but it doesn't offset the subpar experience. First of all, I want to say the staff were amazing and were responsive. I assume they did all they could in their power but I don't know that all of them did this. The front desk staff that worked the late night shifts for sure did. So this was much appreciated and probably the only reason I'd return.
Second, the room we were given had a bunch of issues, from a safe that didn't work, poor water pressure, a sink that wouldn't drain, dirty towels, no hot water, and worst of all bugs. The bugs were the final straw and only once this was brought to their attention did they change our room. The room they moved us to was not the same type of room and no reimbursement was even issued.
For the price paid and the 5 star rating of this property they fell way short of what was expected. It was unacceptable.
