Great Place
We were very happy with our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was clean and as described in the listing. With regard to check-in, more information about how to work the electronic door lock would have been helpful. I didn't realize you had to wait until the light turned green after you put in the code to be able to turn the lock.

Just the basics for a quick stay
The property was a clean, no-frills spot for our family to land during a quick visit to St. Louis for the weekend. 6 queen-size beds that are not super comfortable, but fine enough. Especially with a late night arrival, it would have been nice if the beds were made rather than simply having the sheets and duvets folded atop them. The trash cans also had the liners merely folded on the side rather than in the can. The listing advertises a washer and dryer, but the basement, as well as the appliances themselves, are quite grimy looking, and we did not feel comfortable placing our clothes in them. Otherwise, the property was as listed and a fine place for the price. The location is great for seeing lots of St. Louis sites. Shaw is a safe area, and in particular this property is on a cul-de-sac that backs up to the Missouri Botanical Garden, so there is not through traffic. Consider bringing an extension cord as the house is old and historic and rooms only have a couple of outlets each.
