Would not stay again
Posted 6 Oct. 2024 on HotelsWas not impressed with the hotel. Did not appear to be that clean- bathroom floor tiles were coming up and were loose- there was a fragrance that was in the hallway and lobby that was very strong and made you cough. For a casino hotel - it was not in good shape-

Not the cleanest..pool was nice beds r comfy. Front dest workers not so friendly

Great place
Posted 3 Oct. 2024 on HotelsOur stay was a great one. All we needed was rigbt there we never had to leave to ho eat it was all right there. Loved the casino being steps away. Our virw from the room was amazing looking at the Arch and city lights was beautiful. I will stay there again.

The staff was very nice. Here's problems: 1. TV signal was bad, 2. WIFI had to reconnect each time, 3. I had to clean the coffee maker before using, 4. No microwave, 5. Shower sprayed too wide, got the floor wet since the curtain didn't have a second shower curtain, 5. I had to move the desk to plug in my computer (I can't get down to go underneath. It will be questionable if I stay again.

Staff was very polite. Unfortunately, I do not remember the night staff person. But I do remember Jewel from this morning and she was very courteous and even let me keep my bags till after lunch. Top notch!

The pictures of this place are one thing, but the reality is far, far different. It's dirty, noisy, inconvenient to downtown, and though near a train station, it's unsafe in the area of the train station. The only reason to go to this hotel is to gamble in their casino which isn't even connected to the hotel and must be walked to. There's nothing else around except these two buildings within walking distance. It's a remote 1-star dive, and I wouldn't ever recommend it.
