TERRIBLE experience!! AVOID this property
No heat, disgustingly dirty upon check-in, and host is terrible to communicate with. I had to leave the property early and seek help from VRBO for a resolution. In the end, my concerns were never fully addressed from VRBO or the host, but after going through many hoops I did receive a partial refund. Beware, no matter how uncomfortable you are, VRBO favors the host when there is a dispute. Avoid this property. There are others close by that are better and it'll save you a LOT of headaches.
