I reserved a room at this hotel for Saturday, 4/26, while spending the weekend in St Louis to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The room was fine, but the pool area, the pool, and the hot tub were filthy and gross! The pool was a dark green hue with all kinds of debris in it. The hot tub wasn't much better, and was so hot you could only sit in it for a minute or two before escaping. The next morning I went to eat breakfast. The biscuits were hard and dry, the sausage gravy looked like baby poop, and the eggs looked like they'd been scraped off the bottom of yesterday's cooking pans, and they tasted like the Sahara Desert! Finally, there were no luggage carts to be found in the hotel. I looked on all the floors, but I couldn't find one. The front desk help just shrugged her shoulders and said OH WELL! I'll never stay here again! I was told no refunds because I was too late to to get a refund since I was already there. How the Hell am I supposed to know about any of this beforehand? Am I a mind reader? Can I tell the future? No Wyndham and no more Expedia! Both companies are jokes!
