The staff is very friendly. Very quiet and safe area. Happy Hour was amazing with a free drink and large selection of food. Walkable to the Arch and Cardinals ball park. Great rooftop sitting area.

The hotel was amazing. Beautiful lobby where we had our free breakfast. Not only did they offer a free breakfast but also offered a free light meal in the evenings with 3 free drinks every eve from 5:30 to 7 pm. Oh, and around the clock coffee in the lobby. Very convenient to the Gateway Arch National Park, only a 2 minute walk. Staff was very helpful and efficient with the checking in process. Nice indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and a beautiful terrace on the roof. Will definitely be back when we go to St. Louis in the future.

The staff was very courteous and friendly, very helpful when needed. Our room was clean. The hot breakfast was very good. Was not able to attend any of the evening activities that were provided.

The air conditioning unit is loud during night. Maybe it’s because of old facility. The staff is super nice and helpful. But when we arrived at 4:30 the room was even not ready even if the check in time is 3pm. The staff nicely waived the parking charge. Still a little surprised the room was not ready at 4:30pm.
