We were greeted by DJ the front desk clerk to check us in and he was so sweet and kind that we already knew that we're going to love this place and we did. Everything was amazing, the rooms, the lobby and the location. We had the arch face room and it was beautiful. Hotel provided with a kickback hour in the evening with free snacks and drinks. I mean the snacks werent light, it was probably dinner for most of them. Their breakfast was also provided with the room at no extra charge. We had 2 littles with is and their property was big enough for them to run around freely. They have a pool and hot tub but that is something we chose not to try. Excellent experience and a very nice stay. Thank you Drury Plaza Hotel at the ARCH.

Fun Weekend w/Friends for the Usher Concert!
The hotel is in an amazing location. My room had the best view of the arch! The hotel and rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet and evening kick backs were wonderful! Finally the employees and service were top notch!

We booked the room with the better view as it was the family’s first time in St Louis. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have a room with a view available. So disappointed. They gave us parking and snacks but I would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known.

Hotel was an easy find. Parking is on-site. The 5:30 Kickback is always plus. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
