It was an okay stay. The room was small but enough for just two people. The TV only played like 4 channels but luckily we were out most of the day and didn’t require that entertainment. Staff was friendly and wonderful, even providing us with a toothbrush as I left mine at my house. Location is perfect for a downtown setting.

Staff were fantastic and the room clean and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful building. Room service wasn’t great for breakfast and pricey so keep that in mind if you plan on ordering.

Door bolt didn’t work and we were trapped inside the room. The room was small and extremely dirty. There were stains all over the walls, carpet, desk chair and the shower walls were grimy. The sheets were covered in hair. The staff was so friendly but overall the hotel is rundown and unclean. I felt very uncomfortable staying there. It’s absolutely not worth the price.

Amazing service staff. We had a medical issue we were trying prevent and one of the staff members went above and beyond ensure we were taken care of. Rooms were comfortable.

Tv doesn’t work on a lot of channels. Coffee maker didn’t work and had to request a new one. Tried to open door at 2130 and couldn’t open it. Door deadbolt seems to be broken. Still waiting to see how maintenance is going to get us out. May have to break door and we change rooms at 10 pm.

It was a lovely vintage dream. I loved the Queen suite was adorable. Spacious and comfy. The view was nonexistent but the view inside was better. Wish there was a microwave. The gooey butter cookies were worth waiting for and the restaurant was a treat/ good food, reasonably priced .

Enjoyed my stay at Magnolia. Room was nice, had everything we needed (including mini fridge). Location was great! In the Quarter but off of Bourbon and an easy walk to all the touristy spots. Nice courtyard for sitting and small pool. Our room was inside, so no street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff are awesome and professional. Undoubtedly, I can say the front desk folks offer top rated service. But the hotel condition and room cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom was stinky. The room was not all spacious too. $294 per day and it was not at all worth it. Really don’t go here! All you get is stinky less spacious rooms.

For $300/night the room was disappointing. Expected better amenties and for property to care about appearance of room. Example the tv's on the wall the cords are dangling all over the place. The coffee supplies had two cofee pods both w/ cream, no decaff. The window was extremely dirty and for $300/night one would expect a view - what we had was a view of all of the HVAC units for the building - it was embarrassing! This was our anniversary weekend. The room was dark, the furniture is dated and cushions are past their prime. Complete disappointment and absolutely would not recommend. Ruined the entire weekend.
