There was some mildew on the mattress, pub hair on the toilet, someone tried to open our door, and there were snot on the mattress under the protective cover, and the fridge in the room didn't even work. We let someone know about the fridge but nothing was done with it.

I’d stay again
I’d recommend. Not sure if it’s too much work but each room should be swept and mopped before the next guest. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this place and intend to stay again. Two floors, no elevator. I was not asked if I wanted a bottom room floor. One set of stairs. Keep this in mind

Great value
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfy. I felt it was in a pretty safe location although there were a few homeless people in the parking lot both when we checked in and when we left. They could probably do a little better job cleaning as the fridge in our room looked like someone spilled something in it but it was not cleaned prior to us checking in. But overall, it was a great value for the money.

Very nice for an easy and safe stay just outside of St Louis. Room was very clean and functional, way nicer than what I’ve experienced in some chain hotels. The only issue was getting the tv remote to work but we weren’t staying long enough to ask about fixing it. Overall a great experience and would recommend for anyone looking to stay just outside of the city!

It was pretty basic, but that was to be expected. The area was fairly safe and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, our toilet had some trouble flushing and the bathroom overall probably could have been a smidge cleaner. I’d also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall, I got what I paid for :)
