Family trip to STL
We have stayed in many places in STL and this one rates in the middle. There were many small details that the owners could do that would make big differences. A few are: many of the light bulbs were burned out, the decorations had sales tags on them, 1 ice tray and no ice bucket or ice maker, just little details that could improve the overall experience. The big thing was that the hot water stopped working on the 2nd night and we had to take cold showers on Sun morning. We understand that things happen but the owners didn’t act too concerned about it, though they did offer to try to get someone there. Overall not a bad experience just not a great one either. In Vrbo ms little details go a long way!

Best girls trip ever
We came for a concert and had the best time. The house was perfect and in a great location. Plenty of room for all of us and the host was quick with reponses when i asked questions. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone traveling to the area.

Door Dash issue
We tried to order door dash late and two dashers couldn’t find the house and dropped it at another house. One dasher finally found us… I don’t know what the deal was but, ya might warn people about that. Will TOTALLY be back. TV downstairs needs to be in the bedroom. House was clean wonderful.

The house was clean and quiet. Owner was helpful had never rented VRBO before and she was helpful. Would deffinetly stay here again if going to St Louis. The only thing the furniture in the living room needed more seating that was comfortable so we could watch tv after walking all day.

First night was so hot and house did not cool off until second night when storm came through. Giant spider in basement caused us all to sleep upstairs. Otherwise good location, was close to all our places. Cute house with cute updates

Home base for large family gathering
I would be happy to come back here. 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Lots of room for a large family stay. Except for the kitchen, the first floor electrical did not have any grounded outlets, so be sure to bring a two-prong to three-prong adapter so that you can charge your computer in the bedroom / living room. The dining area is not large enough to seat all of the many people who can fit in the bedrooms, but if you wish to use this as a home base and plan to eat out a lot, this is a great option. Pet friendly.

My daughter and I took my 3 grandsons for a short stay and was very pleased. The location of the house was great to get to all of the places we wanted to go to. The house was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet. It was an overall great get away after the holidays. Would recommend and plan to stay again.
