The room was gorgeous except we booked two beds and only received a single king. The staff didnā€™t try to remedy instead called back to the room to say they need me to come down to provide a card for incidentals, which shouldā€™ve been done when checking in. I provided the card to later be called TWICE at 9:30 at night to ask for the card, even though I already came down. They had what they needed but tell me why they were calling so late. The staff is rough but the hotel is beautiful.
