NEW Family Perfect 3 Bdm House Yard, Game Room, Crib, King Bed & Chef Kitchen

Unwind in St. Louis at this enchanting, remodeled large, welcoming 1800 sq ft house. Near Carondelet Park 5.5 miles from downtown and 15 minutes from Fenton. With 3 bedrooms including a king bed, standard crib (not a travel crib) , queen bed, and twin bed, this property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of a ceiling fans, washing machine, AC, WiFi, and large yard with children’s toys AND a kids game room with video games. Longer stays welcome . HD Smart ROKU TV in game room, master and living room. 6 adults and a crib child, one person on the 6 foot couch is our maximum. Not 7 adults.

BEDROOMS- Each bedroom has a large closet, ceiling fans and plenty of outlets. Master bedroom has crib and master has private bath/shower. There is a HD Smart ROKU TV in the master bedroom with a remote. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and AC is separately controlled upstairs. MASTER BEDROOM has a standard crib and a deck. There is a Pak N Play on the first floor also.
#2 bedroom is a queen bed and #3 bedroom is one twin bed. There is room on the couch for one.
PARKING - Secure garage port inside your fence with remote for garage door. 2 cars. Secure Space to store lots of bikes, kayaks, small trailer etc.

BABIES WELCOME- Stroller, high chair, and FULL SIZED crib in master bedroom and a Pak N Play on the first floor so you can put baby down and cook.

a huge duck pond, tennis and pickleball, hiking trails. There is a swimming
pool with kids water slides run by the YMCA which charges, horseshoe pits
and picnic areas. Biking trails are wide and welcoming.

* STORAGE- The Automatic garage door opens to a car port and the whole back
yard. You can store bikes, kayaks, small trailers that fit under a 7’ garage
door.
LAUNDRY- Second floor laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets. Brand new front loading units.
