Please fix the bathroom door!!!!!!!
Parking was awful. Very expensive valet and few on street sites with a meter service that didn't work. The bathroom door was extremely difficult to open and easy to get trapped inside. 1019 was a handicap room and this would be very dangerous for someone with disabilities! I got trapped inside but luckily had a person on the outside to come to my aid, and I am not disabled!!

Stay was 31 Aug.-03-Sept. Myself and a few others had trouble checking in b/c the key cards didn't work. Turned out he was giving us the wrong type key card? All but one person at the desk was pleasant- one female (sorry- no name) had a sour face when helping. Breakfast area needed someone there on Sunday & Monday morning to just keep things tidy... wipe up the coffee area and waffle area, etc. The gentleman on Tuesday morning was fabulous. Love that you kept the original elevators and some of the historic accents.

The hotel staff was nice, the area is not. We were harassed by the homeless when walking to and from the property. We stayed here to be close to the science museum, it's just to bad the area does not feel safe for families.

Blinds in the room did not shut, so early in the morning the sun comes in directly. Would have been nice to have been able to keep the room dark.

The hour wait until our room was ready was a bit annoying but overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay with the things we wanted to do a short walk away.
