Oct 31, very noisy neighbors. Children jumping and shouting loudly until around 11 pm. At 3:30 am, I was awaken by a child screaming from the same room 410. I called front desk to complain and no one answered. I had very little sleep because of this on the first night of my stay. I reported this problem at my checkout this morning Nov 2.

This hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection-waffles, eggs and sausage, cereals, plenty of fruit, and yogurt.

What a gem
Bought some oreos downstairs in the lobby area, for a bedtime snack. The night clerk working the desk, Brian I believe, was SO nice and asked if we'd like some milk to go with it. He went into the breakfast area and got us a cup of milk. The next morning when we headed out to get to the airport he was still at the desk and he was just as friendly. Great hospitality!!!

Excellent option at great price
Hotel staff provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast options were great. One of my colleagues used the airport shuttle and it was super convenient. We went to several different areas around the city and nothing took more than 15 minutes to get to from this location. My only complaint is the tv remote...it took time for stations to load, the remote hat to be in the exact location to work. But i find most hotel tv systems annoying, so this doesn't impact my rating.

Staff super-kind and responsive. Anastaisa (I think) and manager working Day Shift on 10.25.24. Both were Show-Me-State, kind. Addressed every concern I had. Told me about the shuttle, gave me a number to call. It was really great. Wish I was staying longer! If you are ever in Vegas, look me up. Id like to return the hospitality!!! Thank you Wingate staff. The evening shift lady was awesome too! Personally delivered extra blankets. Thanks again!
